- We work with a limited number of principals, families, and institutions whose horizons are aligned with multi-generational ownership.
- Do you accept external capital?
- No. Estate Holding is a private holding company. We do not raise outside funds, syndicate transactions, or report to external investors.
- What is your typical holding period?
- Our default is to hold indefinitely. We acquire only when we believe an asset merits multi-decade ownership.
- Which markets do you operate in?
- Our base is Montréal, with selective holdings across North America and Europe. New positions are evaluated on quality rather than geography.
- How are inquiries handled?
- All inquiries are received in confidence and answered personally by a member of our office, typically within two business days.
